G-Star punishes Jeanswest for copying iconic fashion design

I acted for well known international fashion brand G-Star in its landmark case against retail chain Jeanswest, successfully proving that Jeanswest had infringed copyright in one of its most iconic denim jeans designs the "Elwood" biker jean.
